running testdriver init multiple times appends to .env

I expected testdriver to overwrite the .env values, rather than just appending new values to the end. This can cause issues if you are trying to update an API key

Here's output of what I was doing when it got damaged. I kept ctrl-c'ing for external reasons

Or rather, I would but this won't let me upload .txt files at all - it fails with a 400 but no error text except "Failed to upload file"
